Manchester Pride 2025 is now well and truly up and running with a jam-packed line-up of performances, parties, and one big parade set to take place across the next four days.

The annual LGBTQ+ event, which is regarded as one of the country’s biggest festivals of its kind outside of London, kicks off today and will run throughout the Bank Holiday weekend until Monday (August 25).

This year's event will feature some new additions and tweaks to previous years , with the inclusion of new stage areas which will host some of the biggest names in music.

As well as drag queens, local stars and up-and-coming singers, a new Mardi Gras area at Depot Mayfield will host the likes of Olly Alexander, Nelly Furtado, Billy Porter and Leigh-Anne, plus many more.
