New York Post | Peter Botte: The Yankees invested heavily in their bullpen at the trade deadline, and outside of David Bednar, they don’t have much to show for it. That’s due in part to the struggles of Camilo Doval, who says he’s still adjusting after arriving in New York. “Just adjusting to the role here now,” Doval said through an interpreter after Thursday night’s loss. “Just getting ready earlier, preparing myself earlier to go into the game.” Aaron Boone noted that while Doval has great stuff, he needs to throw strikes, something he hasn’t done in nine appearances with the Yankees thus far.
