As a two-time Super Bowl champion with the New England Patriots and 11-year NFL cornerback, CBS analyst Logan Ryan has watched and studied a lot of football games.
“I’m really excited about this one,”said Ryan, who will be a commentator for today’s season opener between Stanford and Hawaii at the Ching Complex. “I think it’s going to be an electric game, and I’m happy to be a part of it.”
For UH, according to Ryan, it begins with starting quarterback Micah Alejado. In last year’s finale, his only start of a four-game, redshirt season, Alejado threw for 469 yards and five touchdowns in a rout of New Mexico.
“Micah Alejado is looking like he has all the makings of the next great Hawaii quarterback,” Ryan said. “His start last year was electric. It was one of the best first starts I’ve eve
