Game day is finally here.

The offseason has come to an end, and on Saturday, college football will make its long-awaited return. The five-game Week 0 slate is headlined by a ranked Big 12 matchup between Kansas State and Iowa State in Dublin, but that's not the only game of the day worth keeping an eye on.

Wildcats' archrival Kansas will also be in action on Saturday, and the Jayhawks welcome Fresno State and first-year coach Matt Entz to town as they unveil the new and improved David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium, which completed the first phase of its renovation this offseason.

This is a fairly tough start for a Group of Five opponent, however. Fresno went 6-7 last season with an interim, but Entz brings FCS national championship coaching experience to the table after his run at North Dakota State. The spread reflects that, but I'll take Kansas to cover as it returns to its home field after playing away from Lawrence last fall.
