Missouri football’s depth chart for the first week of the 2025 season is here.

The Tigers will face Central Arkansas to kick off their new campaign on Thursday night, Aug. 28 in Columbia. There are 21 transfers on the roster as the Tigers turn a page at a number of key positions, with the bulk of those players appearing in the two-deep.

There aren’t many surprises. The unofficial team depth chart closely mirrors our most-recent projection.
