President Donald Trump’s “ One Big Beautiful Bill ” is now law, and thousands of Delaware taxpayers will see lower federal tax bills starting in 2026, a tax-impact assessment organization found.

The new law makes some 2017 Trump tax cuts permanent and adds several new breaks for working families and seniors.

That includes:

Tax deductions on a portion of tips; tax deductions on some overtime pay; bigger standard deductions; higher child tax credit; new $6,000 deduction for seniors; expanded SALT deduction.
