Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez noted that the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) recognized Venezuela's achievements in food security.

"There is extraordinary news for Venezuela: the FAO recognizes our achievements in food security and how we have substantially reduced the nutritional deficit among children aged 0 to 5. Venezuela currently has the best figures in our region and is also among the countries with the highest growth rates for our children, thanks to the support provided by special nutrition programs," Rodríguez said.
