Telly star Jay Blades has pulled the plug on his website and his upmarket furniture firm, we can reveal.

His page chronicled his rise from furniture restorer to one of the most recognisable faces on TV, following his fame on The Repair Shop . It also gushed about his royal connections after becoming friends with King Charles through his work.
