WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill. (WTVO) — A GoFundMe page has been set up to help the family of Nych Spears, who tragically died in a DUI crash in Winnebago County, pay for a celebration of life.

A GoFundMe was started to help the family in mourning pay for the celebration.

Investigators said Anthony Moe, one of Spears's friends, was behind the wheel of a vehicle traveling Route 173 when he lost control, hit the curb and rolled several times before coming to rest in the ditch.

Spears was pronounced dead on the scene at the age of 22-years-old.
