TYLER, Texas (KETK) - A new Chipotle Mexican Grill location is coming to the west side of Tyler next year.

The new Chipotle is planned to start construction near the intersection of SWC Robertson Rd & SW Loop 323 on March 1, 2026, according to records filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) on Thursday.

The planned 2,385-square foot location will cost around $150,000 to construct. Design for the building is being done by Rogue Architects of Fort Worth and construction is expected to be completed by Oct. 20, 2026.

Once constructed, Tyler's new Chipotle will be located conveniently on S SW Loop 323, across the street from Rudy's BBQ and the Tyler Junior College West Campus.
