PROCTOR — Since taking over the program in 2022, Esko head soccer coach Sharon Lahti has continually stressed the importance of culture building. On-field success has followed in spades, with three straight Section 7A titles and a third-place finish at state last season.

"I truly believe that the culture of your team can make or break your program, and they know that," said head coach Sharon Lahti. "So we (focus) a lot on their attitude, their effort, their coachability, and having fun.”
