A house in Cortland that sold for $350,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cortland County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 11 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $176,045, or $136 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Aug. 16 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A 2,011-square-foot single-family residence at 19 Elm Ave. in Homer has been sold. The price was $120,000, $60 per square foot. The house was built in 1900. The house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The deal was finalized on July 25.
