LAKE CHARLES, La. (KPLC) - For late August standards, we’ll enjoy pretty nice weather to end the weekend and early next week!
Lower humidity will continue to push in for Sunday which means a couple things. One is lower rain chances, as most spots should stay dry. The others are some cooler morning temps in the low 70’s and a warm afternoon with highs back in the low-to-mid-90’s. But since the heat index should stay below 100, Sunday looks like a nice one to head outdoors!
Not much change is ahead Monday, and it’s not out of the question a few spots north of I-10 may see upper 60’s around sunrise Monday morning!
Another weak front will arrive on Tuesday and could bring a slightly better chance for a few spotty storms. But rain chances drop again on Wednesday as humidity is knocked down a
