GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) -- A new wheelsports park is being developed near the Greenville Downtown Airport, featuring a skatepark, bicycle playground and pump track.

The City of Greenville said the park is located near the Green Line of the Swamp Rabbit Trail, providing easy access for residents and visitors interested in wheelsport activities.

While the concept of a bicycle playground may be unfamiliar to some, city officials said it typically includes features designed to help cyclists of all ages practice and improve their skills in a safe environment.

These can include obstacles, ramps and other elements that simulate real-world cycling challenges.
