HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Nearly three months after a deadly northeast Houston shooting, police said they do not have any suspects charged right now.

Now, a woman who says her brother was murdered is speaking to ABC13 about how she wants him remembered.

"I didn't want to think the worst of it, so I was like, okay, a leg shot, an arm shot, something like that. That's what was just going through my mind the whole way, then when we got there, it was just like no," Sa'miyah Hamilton said.

It was what she says was her worst nightmare. Sa'miyah Hamilton recalls the moment she learned her 18-year-old brother, Brodrick Hamilton, was shot and killed.

"Honestly, it's been hard. Everybody walks around and is still like, 'BJ, BJ, BJ,'" Sa'miyah said.
