GREEN BAY, Wis.—The Seahawks lost their preseason finale on Saturday, falling 20-7 to the Green Bay Packers, but that final score did not tell the story of the team's trip, which began with a Wednesday flight ahead of a joint practice on Thursday.

Between the lengthy, physical practice the Seahawks had with the Packers and the team bonding that comes with a longer road trip, including a team and staff dinner on Thursday night, the Seahawks felt like they got a lot out of the week even though it didn't include a victory
