Tom Cleverley has his sights set on adding another midfielder to his Plymouth Argyle squad now that the club have finally brought in a striker to wear their number nine shirt.

The Pilgrims completed a £1.2 million move for Swiss striker Lorent Tolaj from Port Vale on Friday and the 23-year-old made an immediate debut as he was included in the starting line-up by Cleverley for the League One game against Blackpool at Home Park, which his side went on to win 1-0.

The transfer deadline is on Monday, September 1 and Cleverley wants to make one more new recruit in midfield to add to the 12 summer signings who have already been brought in.
