HARTFORD, Conn. — A man was critically injured in a shooting early Sunday morning in Hartford, police said.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire around 1:14 a.m. near 19 Carrie Perry Way where they found a man in his 30s with a gunshot wound, according to the Hartford Police Department.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital and is listed in critical but stable condition.
The Major Crimes and Crime Scene divisions have taken over the investigation.
