Queens, NY – A 48-year-old off-duty NYPD officer was arrested early Sunday morning in southeastern Queens and hit with an aggravated harassment charge after an incident that unfolded just after 4 a.m. in the confines of the 116th Precinct.

Octavio Green, a veteran police officer with the department, was taken into custody at approximately 4:09 a.m. Though the NYPD has not released specific details surrounding the incident, officials confirmed the charge of aggravated harassment and noted that Green was off duty at the time of his arrest.
