After 36-year-old Branko Lazic also 32-year-old Luka Mitrovic will not play for Crvena Zvezda next season.

Both players’ contracts had expired this summer, and the club thanked them for their contribution to the team, turning the page.

Mitrovic joined the club back in 2012, stayed there until 2017, and returned in 2021, having a total of 524 games under his belt with this jersey and winning five ABA League titles, and in total 19 trophies.

Former captain Lazic had an even longer history, arriving at the team in 2011 and never leaving, winning seven ABA League titles, and in total 26 trophies, including the Serbian cup and the Serbian league title.
