TREMONTON — The Tremonton community is now focused on making sure the sacrifice of two fallen officers is remembered.
The Box Elder County Fair and Golden Spike Rodeo is a beloved event spanning 100 years. Now, it’s being used to remember two officers who died in the line of duty, protecting the community they love.
“It has really hit our community here in the valley,” said Box Elder County Director of Junior Livestock Auction Chubb Munns.
He reflected on the recent tragedy, when two fallen police officers died in the line of duty after responding to a “domestic disturbance” Sunday, August 17th.
