Manchester United still expect Bruno Fernandes to stay at the club amid more speculation surrounding a move to the Saudi Pro League.

Fernandes rejected an offer from Al Hilal in May and he has since indicated his intention to fulfil more "dreams" at United.

United sources are baffled by the sudden speculation that Fernandes could leave before the transfer deadline on September 1 and insist it is highly unlikely Fernandes will leave. Fernandes is under contract at United until 2027 and the club has the option of an additional year.

Fernandes, 30, joined United from Sporting Lisbon in January 2020 and has won the club's Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year award four times.
