The Phillies are set to meet the Mets on the iconic Field of Dreams in Iowa next season, according to USA Today’s Bob Nightengale.

“The 2026 MLB schedule will be released Tuesday and is set to feature a return to the Field of Dreams venue in Iowa with the Philadelphia Phillies facing the New York Mets in mid-June. The last game played at the Field of Dreams was in 2022 with the Chicago Cubs and Cincinnati Reds,” he writes.

No more specific details were released. It would be the third time the MLB heads to Iowa to host a game on the site of the iconic baseball movie.

The NL East rivals met two years ago in London. Both fan bases are known to travel games to see their teams.
