Browns center Ethan Pocic "potentially" could be back in the lineup when the team opens the regular season in two weeks despite suffering a knee injury in the preseason finale against the Los Angeles Rams , coach Kevin Stefanski said on a Zoom call Aug. 24.

Pocic was seen wearing a brace on his left knee as he left the locker room after the game. The Browns have just over two weeks until they open the regular season against the Cincinnati Bengals Sept. 7.

"Yeah, this week and then over the weekend we'll know more how they respond," Stefanski said, referring to Pocic and tight end Blake Whiteheart. "But I think both will be potentially out there Week 1."
