FARMINGTON, Conn. (WFSB) - Making its way back to Connecticut this weekend is the Dream Ride Experience.

The annual event is put on by the Hometown Foundation, this year taking place at the Farmington Polo Club.

On Sunday, thousands of people packed to field for a car show, but it’s much more than that.

The funds raised by the Dream Ride Experience go back to help fund the Hometown Foundation, which helps to support our communities’ needs. Everything from our first responders to those with intellectual disabilities.

This year, the event brought out nearly 7,000 people throughout the weekend.
