ALTADENA, Calif. (KABC) -- Community members came together Saturday in Altadena to show those impacted by the Eaton Fire that help is still out there.

The 2025 Bus Pull, an event organized by the Temple Station Sheriff's Outreach Foundation, was held to raise money for Eaton Fire victims.

Participating teams each had an opportunity to, literally, pull a bus! But it was really to bring everyone together to help those still struggling to get back on their feet.

"I don't think anyone realized what we were going up against," said Sgt. Andrew Serrano with the Altadena Sheriff's Station as he recalled the day the fire broke out. "Everybody around from the county, they came here with all one mission, just try to get everybody to safety."
