The CU women’ soccer team continued its high-scoring assault in record-setting fashion on Sunday, once again erupting offensively in an 8-0 victory against UNC Greensboro at Prentup Field.
On the heels of Thursday’s 7-1 win against Fordham, Sunday’s result gave the Buffs at least seven goals in consecutive games for the first time in program history. CU had scored at least four goals in a game just once in each of the past two seasons, yet the Buffs (3-0-1) have hit that mark in each game of their three-game win streak, collecting 19 goals total in those wins.
