In the latest instalment of 22 Kids And Counting, the 50 year old telly personality opened up about using the 'rhythm method' for contraception before dropping the bombshell about her pregnancy scare.

The rhythm method, otherwise referred to as the calendar method, represents a natural family planning technique.

This approach requires monitoring your monthly cycle history to work out when ovulation might occur.

Throughout the Channel 5 programme, Sue's companion warns her that this technique isn't dependable for preventing conception.

Her mate remarked: "I think it's really risky for you to stop the pill."
