2023 was a phenomenal year for RPGs . While RPGs prior to that year were also exceptional, it has felt like since then we've entered another golden era for the genre, the likes of which we haven't seen in quite some time. That's especially great for someone like me, a true RPG aficionado that can't get enough of the genre and gets ridiculously overhyped whenever a new, life-changing and, frankly, dominating, experience is released.

However, while 2023 was absolutely host to some of the best RPGs ever made , it also saw the release of one of the very worst RPGs, at least in my opinion. Many have claimed that this RPG will get better, that it will be fixed and improved upon, but I'm not even convinced that would make it any better.
