Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) took another swipe at President Donald Trump on Sunday, launching a new store selling merchandise parodying the president.

Newsom’s “Patriot Shop” features products mimicking similar ones from Trump’s store. Among these products are hats in red, the same iconic color used by Trump’s “Make America Great Again” hats , that read “Newsom was right about everything!” and “Real Patriot.”

Newsom promoted this new store on X, saying the store “already sold out” of the Bible. The governor’s comment is likely a dig at musician Lee Greenwood’s “God Bless the USA Bible,” which Trump endorsed in March 2024.

The store also features a “Newsom 2026” coffee mug, possibly referencing the “Trump 2028” hats the Trump Organization started selling in April.
