TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) —A local Twin Falls School recently held a ceremony to commemorate their new and first flagpole on their campus.

The principal of Bridge Academy, Tyler Matlock, noticed that there was no flagpole at their school, so he decided to change that. He asked their faculty at the Academy if they could build one before the school year starts.

Then on Friday morning, Matlock brought in students from the military leadership program to teach kids proper flag etiquette and the symbolism of the flag. They then raised the flag and said the Pledge of Allegiance.
