Jason Hollis co-owns with his wife, Erin, and business partner Donna Richardson The Eighth Room, located on Eighth Avenue South near the Melrose neighborhood and Berry Hill and operating from the building last home to Douglas Corner.

A music producer who has worked with Katy Perry, The Fray, Keith Urban, Pharrell Williams and The Pink Spiders, among others, Hollis lived in Nashville from the 1990s to 2004, at that point leaving Music City for Los Angeles (where he had previously lived). He returned to Nashville a few years ago, with family in tow, seeking a fresh start.
