WARREN A Warren man who pled guilty to child pornography charges in June has learned his fate.

According to the Trumbull County Prosecutor's Office, 46-year-old Philip Stouffer was handed an indefinite prison sentence of two to three years on three counts of pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor and two counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance.

Once released, Stouffer must register as a Tier 2 sex offender twice a year for the next 25 years.

The charges stem from a November 2024 investigation that occurred after the Warren Police Department got a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force in Cuyahoga County,
