PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- After a weekend of record-setting heat, Clackamas County announced they are investigating a potential heat-related death.
According to Clackamas County, the suspected death was a 55-year-old woman who died on Sunday.

Information is still limited, but officials said that since Aug. 21, there have been 101 urgent care visits for heat-related illness.
On Sunday, Multnomah County officials said that the death of a 56-year-old man in Northwest Portland may have also been caused by heat; however, the official cause may not be known for weeks or even months.
Temperatures are finally beginning to cool around Portland, but a few hot days are still left in the forecast.
