BigXthaPlug has broken his silence after he was arrested in North Texas.

The rising rapper, born Xavier Landum, was taken into custody on Thursday, August 21, after he was stopped by police in Dallas. According to FOX 4 , the 27-year-old artist was pulled over for "not having a front license plate" after he left Williams Chicken. During the traffic stop, officers asked Landum if he had any weapons in the vehicle. They allegedly found two firearms and a small amount of marijuana in his truck. He was charged with possession of marijuana for less than 2 ounces and unlawful possession of a firearm, which is a misdemeanor. He's not fazed by the charges, though.

"Got out that cell to six plaques," BigXthaPlug said in a post after he was released. "3 gold, 3 platinum."
