CBRE opened an expanded office on the eighth floor of Oswald Tower at 950 Main Ave. in the Flats neighborhood of Cleveland.

Calling the 17,500-square-foot office space a “game changer” for the company, managing director and market leader Andrew Coleman told the Cleveland Jewish News the space is unique and hasn’t been recreated by any other office space in the state.

“We’re in a really good spot and we’re in the business of real estate, so it’s fun for us to put our money where our mouths are and invest in a long-term commitment to downtown Cleveland, making a long-term commitment to the space and creating an environment that people really want to be in day in and day out,” Coleman said.
