A football coach in the Washington School District in Washington, Pa. has died after collapsing in the stands following a game on Friday.

Ron Todd, who was a junior high teacher and head middle school football coach, has died, the Washington School District announced in a statement.

Todd collapsed in the stands at Friday’s varsity game, according to WJPA Sports Network .

The network reports that training staffs from both teams attended to Ron Todd, before he was transported to UPMC-Washington.
