The Sioux Falls Christian non-profit, tre Ministries, is moving forward with a smaller vision of its anticipated redevelopment project at 18th Street and Minnesota Avenue, referred to as the 18:19 Project, reining in original plans for a mixed-use complex and parking ramp.

The Sioux Falls Planning Commission this month reviewed the nonprofit’s updated proposal, which calls instead for a two-story office building with a coffee shop along Minnesota Avenue and a three-story apartment building along Dakota Avenue.
