News that Cracker Barrel had backed down from its rebranding efforts on Tuesday sent the internet into a frenzy.

For the last week, Cracker Barrel has faced significant criticism from right-wing influencers over its rebranding efforts. Part of the rebrand involved redoing its signature logo and updating the interior design and layout of its nationwide restaurants.

Analysts from across the political spectrum reacted to the news on social media.

"Congratulations 'Cracker Barrel' on changing your logo back to what it was," President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social. "All of your fans very much appreciate it. Good luck into the future. Make lots of money and, most importantly, make your customers happy again!"

"First post from Cracker Barrell (sic) on Twitter/X in 9 years," Bill Speros, Senior Betting Analyst at Bookies.com, wrote on X. "They surrendered."

"What Cracker Barrel may not realize is that caving on the logo isn’t enough for the right-wing grifters to call off the boycott," journalist Ron Filipkowski wrote on X. "That takes cold hard cash and more. This is all about money."

"Big congrats to Cracker Barrel for returning to the superior logo & ensuring that the business maintains the previous trajectory: a long, gradual decline as customers die off," Tim Miller of The Bulwark posted on X.

"The funny thing about this is that it's not even the first time eight-wingers (six) have melted down about Cracker Barrel," writer Parker Molloy wrote on Bluesky. "It is, however, the first time their tantrum has gotten the company to reverse a change."

"If I'm on the 379th crisis PR Zoom at Cracker Barrel today, I legit pitch Gay Woke Cracker Barrel," Ben Collins, CEO of The Onion, posted on Bluesky. "Just go all in. Cracker Barrels are exclusive 9-seat diners in 10 cities now. Two-year waitlist. Existing Cracker Barrels are now called Bad Old Cracker Barrel. Sell an NFT with it, I don't give a s---."
