BOERUM HILL — THE CLEAN CURBS PROGRAM, which would involve container installation, is the subject of a public comment period that ends on Sunday, Aug. 31, Community Board 2 announced in its newsletter. The Atlantic Avenue Business Improvement District is applying to the Clean Curbs program to install bins at Fourth Avenue and Pacific Street near the Atlantic Avenue/Barclays Center transit hub in compliance with the New York City Department of Sanitation’s containerization law. The models purchased from Citibin are a two-module LARGE Citibin specifically for storing trash bags and a two-module Basket Plus, which is a single public-use bin that includes a connected, sealed storage bin.
