Indianapolis Colts make roster costs as NFL 53

The Indianapolis Colts have waived four undrafted rookies, sources have told IndyStar. The team must reach 53 players by 4 p.m. ET Tuesday:

CB Alex Johnson, who was on the Colts ' practice squad in 2024, was in on nine tackles and defended four passes in preseason action.

DT Devonta Davis, an undrafted rookie from Florida Atlantic, was in on three tackles in the preseason.

LB Joseph Vaughn, an undrafted rookie from UCLA, had two preseason tackles.

LB Solomon DeShields, an undrafted rookie from Texas A&M, was in on six tackles in the preseason.
