BRANSON, Mo. — OzarksFirst has confirmed with OSHA representatives that they are investigating what led to a water main break that resulted in the death of an Emery Sapp & Sons worker.
OSHA reps confirmed they began their investigation on Friday, August 22, the day after the incident occurred.
ESS confirmed to OzarksFirst on Sunday, Jacob Frank Seiler III died from his injuries.
The company says Seiler III was saving another worker during the water main break.
The city of Branson says they will not be doing any interviews at this time, but says in a statement, "On behalf of the City of Branson, we extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to everyone impacted. Our thoughts and prayers are with the affected workers, their families, and first responders during this difficult time
