WHEATON, Ill. (WLS) -- All train crossings were reopened on Monday afternoon after a train struck a vehicle, Wheaton officials said.

Around 1:30 p.m. Wheaton officials said a freight train struck a vehicle, and blocked multiple crossings.

Washington street was the only crossing that was open, officials said.

At about 2:19 p.m., officials said all crossings reopened.

Metra said UPW trains were on the move and operating with extensive delays.

No serious injuries were reported in the crash.
