HOUSTON, Texas -- It's called Fat Bao for a reason.
"Most baos are traditionally smaller, and this one here is an open bao; therefore, we want to stuff it with a good amount of ingredients," Pak Tsui said.
Tsui is the co-owner of Fat Bao, located at 3419 Kirby Drive in Houston.
The restaurant offers a modern twist on the traditional Chinese dish, which is typically stuffed with Peking duck. At Fat Bao, their fillings vary from bulgogi to pork katsu and curry beef.
