Police in Somerville, Massachusetts, are searching for a missing 12-year-old girl.

Kylee Almeida/LeBlanc was reported missing Sunday morning, Somerville police said Monday.

When she was last seen, she had her hair in a pony tail and was wearing glasses, blue shorts, a black sweater and a black backpack.

Authorities did not give a physical description of Almeida/LeBlanc, but they shared a photo.

Police noted that there is concern for the girl's mental health.
