AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - We now know the cause of an accident that closed multiple lanes on Denas Bridge Road on Monday.

A News 12 team member passed the accident at the intersection of Deans Bridge Road and Morgan Road around 2:15 p.m. Monday.

Richmond County Sheriff’s Office deputies say they responded to calls of a tractor-trailer that was stopped facing east on Deans Bridge Road at Morgan Road in the right lane.
