AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - A new mural at the Georgia Cancer Center is highlighting the patients walking through their doors.

At the radiation therapy center, a tree made of thumbprints symbolizes the growth and strength of patients.

Shannon Williams, a radiation oncology nurse at the center, just completed her own radiation therapy session on Monday and put the first walking on the tree.
