FRISCO, Texas – For the first time since last season, Trevon Diggs participated on-field in a Cowboys practice, going through both individual and team drills.

It's been a long and difficult past couple of years for Diggs, who has suffered season-ending knee injuries in back-to-back years. Monday was a step in the right direction.

"I felt good," Diggs said. "Just being out there was a blessing, just being able to go out there with the team and practice with my brothers. So that felt really good."

More importantly, he's able to do everything that he needs to do from a physical standpoint.

"Physically, I don't have any limitations," Diggs said. "It's really just ramping up the conditioning part, getting back to football speed, getting back to in-game speed. That's pretty much it."
