SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- The Knudson School of Law, the only law school in the state of South Dakota, has no plans to move to Sioux Falls.
In an email to KELOLAND News, law school dean Neil Fulton said the school is not engaging in any planning or discussion about relocation.
USD's Sanford School of Medicine announced two weeks ago its doctorate of medicine program will move to Sioux Falls in 2027. That announcement led to questions about if the law school might move with it.
The law school's building is currently under renovation that has taken multiple years. According to Fulton, the renovation is nearly complete. A fundraising document said the latest renovations include work stations, classrooms and the courtroom.
