LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - The Eminence Police Department announced the indictment of a Henry County couple on child sex crime charges on Friday, Aug. 22.

Christopher Brown, 30, is charged with sodomy with a victim less than 12 years old, two counts of sexual abuse of a victim less than 12, permitting/promoting the use of a child sex doll, and assault- child abuse.

Miranda Brown, 28, is charged with permitting/promoting the use of a child sex doll.

According to court documents, police serving a search warrant at the Browns’ house found a child sex doll on the nightstand in a styrofoam container. Police said Miranda Brown admitted to knowing that her husband owned it but she said she believed it was an adult sex doll that he bought off of Amazon.
